Yes, particularly in the Agadir region and along the coast, as these areas are highly tourist-friendly and well-developed. However, it is advisable to adhere to certain guidelines: Refrain from carrying valuable items or a substantial amount of cash. Utilize the safe provided at the reception to store passports and credit cards. Furthermore, it is not recommended to walk alone on the beach or in deserted streets during the night.

WHAT LANGUAGES ARE SPOKEN AT THE CAMP?

We communicate in Berber, Arabic, English, French, and German. In mixed groups, surf and yoga classes are conducted in English. Rest assured, translation is always available if needed for better comprehension.

IS SURFING DANGEROUS?

Yes and no. Surfing is an extreme sport, and there are safety rules to follow to ensure a secure experience. Hence, it is crucial to attentively listen to and follow the instructions of our surf instructors.
For beginners, we ensure a thorough understanding of the theory before allowing you into the water. Furthermore, we carefully select a surf spot that aligns with your skill level.

What distinguishes the packages?

Certainly, we offer two distinct formulas: Surf Coaching tailored for beginners (level 1) or intermediates (level 2) - designed for individuals seeking personalized guidance with a coach.

Surf Guiding - ideal for those who simply require transportation to the finest surf spots, along with a briefing before venturing into the water independently.The packages share similarities in terms of accommodation, meals, and yoga.

IS THERE A MORE FAVORABLE RATE?

Is there a discounted rate if I bring my own equipment or choose not to participate in the yoga classes?
Please note that the packages are fixed. For greater flexibility, you can tailor your own package by booking bed and breakfast only and then adding any desired activities during your stay with us.

WHO IS SURFING FOR?

Surfing is suitable for individuals who are proficient swimmers and maintain good physical fitness, allowing them to partake in regular physical activities. It may pose challenges if you have injuries to your wrists, elbows, or shoulders that impede standing up, or if you experience specific ankle, knee, or hip issues affecting your ability to stand on the board. Surfers span all age groups, ranging from swimming-capable children to older individuals who maintain youthful bodies.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

Kindly bring one or two beach towels, as they are not provided by us. Our bath towels are not permitted for use outside the premises. Furthermore, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle, as we offer complimentary water and tea at the house, and it's an eco-friendly way to avoid the use of plastic.

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR DRYERS?

A hair dryer is available for borrowing at the reception, but we still recommend embracing the natural look and allowing your hair to air-dry salty hair, don't care.

ARE THERE SHARED ROOMS?

At Banana Surf Morocco, rooms are shared. If you are alone, you can book a double room for single use for an additional fee of €20 per night.

Upon availability confirmation, you can secure your reservation by making a 50% deposit through PayPal or bank transfer. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY STAY?

Given the limited availability at Banana Surf Morocco, we strictly follow our refund policy. The 50% deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

THE BALANCE IS REFUNDABLE AS FOLLOWS:

Cancellation 0 - 30 days before the start date of the stay: 0% refund.
Cancellation 31 - 60 days before the start date of the vacation: 50% refund.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the non-refundable nature of changes to your plans. Therefore, we recommend that you consider obtaining travel insurance to cover any incurred expenses.
